I suppose you can check out other reviews for various good points, but I just wanted to tell you the worst of it in case they didn't. The rain is magical and increases your breaking distance, especially with a heavy load. i play with a keyboard and mouse and it's fine to play.
Ok, they are the only two bad points I have on this game, it needs big cities and less offences. The other bad point is, like Nerd³ said, there are pathetic offences you have to keep paying if you leave your lights on or drive on the wrong side of the road.
